India's most of the minerals are exported from Odisha worth 243 billion dollars per year. India exports more than 10 billion dollars of iron every year and Odisha contributes more than 50% in it. All over the world India is the 2nd most Sea food exporter in which Odisha contributes 3 thousand crores and expected to be 20 thousand crores within 2024. In the year 2017-17 the growth rate of India had decreased upto -2% whereas Odisha alone had shown a growth rate of 17.6%. Presently the growth rate of India is estimated 9.5% where as Odisha have 7.5% which is near to it. The potential of the state is uncountable/unmeasurable.
I want that my people of Odisha should understand their potential and what can we do together so that others couldn't underestimate anymore. While researching about Odisha..got some information that i realised i should write an article about my Odisha so that every citizen of India should know that what Odisha served for its nation. In old days Odisha was known as Kalinga. The story doesn't ends here.. in the british era at the beginning Birsa Munda alone was considered as a trouble by british government as he was so powerful among his community that no one was unable to stop him. It was said Birsa Munda alwys used to do Gorila war in Jungle, it was unable to cross jungle without his concern. Here comes about another hero Subhas Chandra Bose who was also born from this land, who demanded Purna Swaraj for the first time. India's first army 'AZAD HIND' was also created by him. There are uncountable number of hero's and their legendary stories those who are born from this land.
When we talk about present, Odisha is in lead when it comes about start-up, n numbers of startup are only on Bhubaneswar. Not only startups the number of entertainers are more also such as Sona Mohapatra the singer of 'Amber Sariya' , the famous comedian Biswakalyan Rath, the famous writer of TVF - Biswapati Sarkar and many more. There are so much potential from the past till date which is unknown to most of the population.
There is a need of awareness, understanding to discover all the undiscovered things. Infact the price of the land in Odisha is cheaper than other states. Our beloved CM sir Naveen Patnaik who was elected in 2000 and it's 2020, he is still the hero of every Odia. He bought every regulatory departments under a single roof for making business easy in Odisha. India's 11% of water reserves is in Odisha and most of the people don't even knew about it.
